The experience layer represents the points through which users and administrators interact with K2P. Application services coordinate the product workflow, search, notifications and integrations. The governed content and data layer preserves the information, metadata, permissions and audit evidence required by the product. Analytics and quality controls measure use and outcomes across the platform. This modular model allows KCS to validate the exact K2P proposition while reusing a disciplined approach for comparable customer platforms.
